BILL PAYMENTS
(Electricty Bill, Water Bill, Property Tax, Payments)
Monthly utility bills which include your water, electricity, buildings & contents insurance, earthquake insurance and all other kinds of insurance can be paid on your be- half. Any additional bills to need to be paid can also be arranged.

WINTER CHECK PROGRAM (Monthly Property Check)
During the winter time, in your absence, a multitude of things could happen. Storms and bad weather during the winter season mean that a winter care service for your holiday rental property is essential. Keeping an eye on your property, both inside and out, looking after details such as water supply and pipes to heatin. Should running repairs be required we will complete the work needed on your behalf. Picture of the property will be taken and we will be e-mailing it to you with an inspection report.

If you want some basic shopping such as bread, milk, fruit etc in the refrigerator for your arrival then we can arrange this.

Notes:

  • When you will be taking any our services you will be on the mebership for Living Guide Services. Any information you will need for your property here you just need to give us a call to get the information. (example: when you need a plumber, electrician, or any thing else,even a taxi)You will be issued a customer number, this number will be asked for when you call in order to help you to get the service you require.
  • Key holding for your property we propose to change your external door lock. First copy of your key will be held securely in our office for the winter checks and cleaning. The other copy will be given to the property owner. Changing the locks and new key cost included .

    Please do not omit that cost of the bills are not included in our price, We charge for paying the bill only. All invoice amounts will be takin off from your credit.
